Story

Agent K (Tommy Lee Jones) who killed an alien criminal then they change the Agency and placing the Earth in danger , They set up the ArcNet shield, at Cape Canaveral in Florida  which protected Earth from an invasion by Boris' species and rendered them extinct.After 40 year, Boris get rid  from the Lunar Max prison facility on the Moon.When he arrives on Earth, try to take revenge on Agent K (Tommy Lee Jones).
